Wow! One day I feel successful and I have everything in the "bag"! Then I look at the site and Professional Development Model and feel like I am crazy for doing this to myself. It is all good, I enjoy learning new things. The teachers I work with have been great! I will send out an email asking for a volunteer for a project and I have several volunteers ready to jump in and try new things in their class.
It has bee very helpful going into other classes, it has given me the opportunity to share with the other teachers are doing in their class to help the next teacher. Over the many years I have heard principals comment on all the good stuff going on in the classrooms and wish we could visit the other classes. Now I have that opportunity and how true it is.
Every day is a new learning day!
